Scheduling Services:
We recommend scheduling your day in advance. Individual
services can be scheduled with less notice depending upon
availability.
Arrival:
Please arrive fifteen minutes before your appointment time.
This allows time for leisurely check-in and a few moments to
relax into the experience that awaits you. To keep the serenity
of the spa, we ask that you turn off your cellular phone upon
arrival. Please present all Gift Certificates and promotion
coupons at check-in.
Lunch:
Refreshments are offered to all of our guests. Lunch is available
to all of our spa guests for $10.00. Please ask for a Spa
Menu upon arrival.
What to Expect:
Lockers, robes, towels, slippers and personal toiletries are available for spa guests.
Dress comfortably since you're here to relax. A change of clothing may be brought and stored in your locker
Cancellations/ No Show Policy:
Appointments may be rescheduled provided at least 24 hours
notice given. Due to scheduling demands, if less than 24 hours
notice is given, the value of your gift certificate will
be automatically reduced by 50%. If no notice is given
and you fail to honor the appointment, the certificate will be
declared void.
Please present all Gift Certificates and promotional coupons at check-in.
Gratuity and Service Charges:
Gratuities cannot be added to credit card or personal check.
Industry standard is between 15%-20% of the service and
should always be a matter of choice. Gratuity envelopes are
available at the reservation desk for your convenience.
